Ryan Community Inc. 2023 Annual Report

​Ryan Community is committed to a Zero Tolerance Policy towards all forms of Sexual Abuse and Sexual Harassment. Ryan Community requires and provides PREA training prior to every employee as part of their new hire orientation, and at least twice a year to all employees. Clients are provided PREA education at intake and have access to PREA policy and needed phone numbers at any time. PREA education is provided to help foster a safe environment for clients and staff.
